Can an Indian travel to Kenya right now?
Yes. The borders of Kenya are now open, welcoming back international tourists. Kenya opened its border to Indian visitors in August 2020. Indian nationals can enter this African country as long as they obtain enough required paperwork. The good news is that Indian travelers won't need to be quarantined if they can present a COVID negative certificate - the test should be done 96 hours before travel.
Indian visitors who are planning to visit Kenya can obtain an ETA to Kenya by
filling out the application form online. That helps them save a lot of time and effort because they no longer need to visit the Embassy or Consulate to apply for a visa.

- A scan of the passport’s biographical page
