Kenya ETA for Filipino citizens: Rules, Entry Conditions & Tips

According to Kenya’s entry policy, most nationalities must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before traveling to Kenya. Filipino citizens are included in this requirement, meaning there is no need to visit a Kenyan consulate in person. Instead, travelers can apply online for a Kenya eTA through an authorized application platform.

The Kenyan authorities have recently changed their entry requirements. Previously, travelers were required to apply for a Kenya eVisa before arrival. This has now been replaced by the Kenya eTA, which must be obtained before arrival.

If you’re planning to travel from the Philippines to Kenya, you will be required to obtain a Kenya eTA. The application process for a Kenya eTA is now fully online and more streamlined than before.

To successfully obtain a Kenya eTA, Filipino citizens must meet the Kenya eTA requirements.
