• Kenya e-tourist eTA: The Tourist eTA allows Portuguese visitors to stay in Kenya for 90 days from the date of arrival, there are plenty of opportunities to unwind without feeling rushed. You can use this time to take tours of famous landmarks, visit people you may know in the area, or simply relax and soak in Kenya's beauty. • Kenya business eTA: This eTA allows a single entry and is valid for up to 90 days from the date of issue. • Kenya transit eTA: The Transit eTA is an excellent opportunity to spend a few days in Kenya during a lengthy layover. Travelers from Portugal can leave the airport and stay for up to 72 hours with this type of eTA.

• East Africa eTA: This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit Africa. With the East African eTA, Portuguese travelers can also visit Rwanda and Uganda, making as many entries and exits between these countries during their 90-day Kenya trip.

2. Kenya eTA requirements for Portuguese citizens

When beginning the application process for an electronic eTA for Kenya, Portuguese nationals will be required to meet a series of documents and conditions, also known as Kenya eTA requirements for Portuguese citizens.

Before starting the application process, the Portuguese citizens must have the following:

• A Portuguese passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the expected travel date and at least 02 blank pages for entry/ exit stamps.

• An email address to which all notifications and confirmations, as well as the eTA, will be sent.

• Confirmed flight and accommodation information.
